  1. Am I eligible to work for Temploy?
    • You must be eighteen years or older to apply at Temploy. You must also be able to provide valid proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

  2. How do I get started?
    • Interested candidates should start the hiring process by contacting our office at (714) 247-1100, and scheduling a time to come in and meet with one of our friendly staffing coordinators. Light Industrial candidates need not make an appointment, they may come down and fill out an application between 8am-2pm, Monday through Thursday.

  3. What should I bring to the appointment?
    • You should bring a copy of an up-to-date resume
    • Two forms of identification/proof of eligibility in the U.S. (ie: driver's license, social security card)
    • Information on any references you will be using (ie: supervisor's name, address, phone number, etc_)

  4. Are there any specialized tests I will need to take during the application process?
    • Clerical applicants typically perform computer tests, emphasizing areas of alpha-numeric testing/data-input testing, typing tests (words per minute), and basic spelling and math tests.
    • Our technical applicants will have specific tests tailored to the position they are applying for, and may be asked to further test at the actual job site they are applying for.

  5. How long does testing take?
    • Depending on the position you are applying for, testing time ranges from half an hour to an hour and a half. If you don't have time to test after your interview, you may reschedule a more convenient time to come back and test. However, because testing is required, we cannot send you out to start a job until it is completed.

  6. Once I am hired and begin working, how do I get paid?
    • Temploy has easy-to-fill out weekly timecards that are due back at our office no later than 5:00pm every Monday. Paychecks are available every Friday 8am-5pm. We do deliver paychecks and pick up timecards on a weekly basis to select companies.

  7. How much do Temploy's jobs pay?
    • Light industrial jobs range in pay from $7.00-15.00 hr.
    • Clerical jobs typically range from $8.00-25.00+ hr.
    • Technical positions usually pay $10.00-30.00+ hr.
